Admission Notice for Cl. XI
Application Forms are available for the admission in Class XI (Science, Commerce & Arts) at Auxilium Convent School (CBSE board English Medium Co. Ed.) for the Session 2023 – 2024. The interested students are requested to collect the form from the school office during the school office working hours 8.30am – 3.00pm.
Following documents’ photocopies to be submitted along with the duly filled application form:
- Birth Certificate issued by the Municipality
- Baptism certificate ( Catholics)
- Aadhaar card of student & parents and Voter ID of parents for verification of parents names and details.
- Admit & Registration card of Class – X
- Blood group of the students ( For ID card),
- Medical documents in case of any sickness
Permanent address proof and 2 passport size recent photos also has to be submitted. Original copies of the above mentioned documents to be presented for verification on the day of admission.
